Dorros, Hayes and McGlone Leading Loan and Portfolio Sale Advisory Group
WASHINGTON, DC, June 5, 2017 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced that David Dorros, Vice Chairman, Sean Hayes, Managing Director, and Chris McGlone, Managing Director, have joined the firm to lead the National Loan and Portfolio Sale Advisory group – a specialization aimed at offering clients a national platform to seamlessly leverage and access the expertise of Cushman & Wakefield’s local experts and leading market position. Based in Washington, DC, Dorros, Hayes and McGlone will serve clients across North America.

Dorros is returning to Cushman & Wakefield after a 14-year stint with CBRE. He brings 28 years of experience encompassing more than $40 billion of advisory, loan sale and capital markets transactions. During his tenure with CBRE, Dorros created and founded the National Loan & Portfolio Sales Group, selling single assets, portfolios of loans and real property. Known throughout the industry, Dorros has completed some of the industry’s largest landmark sales, to date encompassing all product types and geography including transactions in all 50 states, Canada, and Mexico.
Hayes brings more than 15 years of capital markets experience including, most recently, seven years with CBRE’s National Loan & Portfolio Sales Group, executing over $15 billion of sales and advisory assignments. Prior to CBRE, Hayes spent three years in FBR Capital Markets Investment Banking Group covering financial institutions, and five years as Vice President with Merrill Lynch in the Debt Capital Markets Investment Banking Division.
McGlone brings over 12 years of capital markets experience including more than four years with CBRE’s National Loan & Portfolio Sales Advisory Group, executing over $10 billion of sales and advisory assignments. Prior to CBRE, McGlone spent seven years as a Vice President on the Sales & Trading desk of commercial real estate lender Capmark Finance, and a combined six years with a Wells Fargo’s CMBS unit and Zions Bancorp.
Previously Dorros, Hayes and McGlone helped create one of the industry’s market-leading loan sale practices. In joining Cushman & Wakefield, they bring extensive capital markets experience, including: loan sales, real property portfolio dispositions, asset valuation and balance sheet advisory services.
