The Tampa team hosted friends, clients and business partners on Wednesday, February 1 to officially unveil their new office space. With more than 50 Legacy DTZ employees moving into the Legacy Cushman & Wakefield space, Tampa had the most robust office combination in Florida, with consolidation on the 33rd floor and an expansion for more employee space on the 34th floor.
The office hosted close to 200 guests and featured delicious food, drinks and a photo booth where colleagues and guests alike could take home Cushman & Wakefield-branded photo strips as a keepsake of the event. There were two Cushman & Wakefield-branded cornhole sets strategically placed around the office for people to play. Our team even designed a custom Cushman & Wakefield SnapChat filter with the caption, “Tampa never looked so good!”
Guests received red and white Cushman & Wakefield golf umbrellas as their gift with a hangtag that read: “Rain or shine, Cushman & Wakefield has you covered.”
A huge thank you to all who worked on this event to make it successful. We welcome you all to visit the Sunshine State and check out our new Tampa home.
The Tampa office address is One Tampa City Center, Suite 3300, Tampa, FL 33602.
