As we close out the first quarter of 2019, Florida’s economic strengths continue to power forward. New residents are migrating to our major markets, many due to expansion and hiring by companies throughout the state. The benefits to Florida’s real estate sector are plentiful, and are affecting both the residential and commercial sides. Most property sectors in urban, suburban and rural markets are experiencing increased interest and investment by local investors and out-of-state players.
