Cushman & Wakefield Helps Raise $110k for Juvenile Diabetes

For the fourth year in a row, our Tampa office partnered with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) for the All-In for Type None Casino Night. The event raised an amazing $109,828, which brings the total to nearly $400,000 raised through this event since it began four years ago.

The event was held in February at TPepin’s Hospitality Centre in Tampa and drew more than 300 guests, many of whom are involved in the local commercial real estate community. Attendees enjoyed an evening of dancing, drinks, food, gaming, live music and a silent auction, all in support of JDRF’s fight to end Type 1 Diabetes.

Tim Rivers, Senior Managing Director of Asset Services in Florida, is a past President of the Board of Directors for the local Tampa Bay JDRF Chapter. His son, Jake, was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2002. In the intervening years, Tim and his family have helped raised close to $1 million in support of JDRF.

Thank you to all who have helped us support this important cause! If you missed out on Casino Night, you can still show your support by joining us at the JDRF One Walk on April 14. Join our team or donate here!
