Trixy Walker of Palm Beach County Participates in Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build

By Nicole Grzywacz, Marketing Manager | Florida Lead, Communications

Trixy Walker of our South Florida team participated in a Habitat for Humanity Women Build as part of Florida’s #GiveBack initiative focused around our Centennial celebrations.

Habitat’s annual Women Build program brings together women from all walks of life and challenges them to make a positive impact on the future of Palm Beach County by providing safe, healthy housing for low and very-low income families. Since 2002, thousands of women in Palm Beach have shared their time, talents and resources to build nearly 50 Women Build homes, making Habitat South Florida’s program one of the largest and most successful in the United States.

Trixy Walker, Property Manager in Asset Services,  serves on the Board of Executive Women of Palm Beaches and helped raised more than $1,000 for this initiative.

We are proud that Trixy participated in this amazing initiative and that her hard work helps make affordable housing a reality for families in need.

The Cushman & Wakefield Florida team is committed to giving back to those in need in our communities and around the world. In honor of Cushman & Wakefield’s Centennial, Cushman & Wakefield in Florida will be highlighting  employees/initiatives giving back throughout the state. Our goal is to spotlight 100 examples of giving back in 2017.
