Cushman and Wakefield Florida was proud to participate in Red Nose Day on May 25, 2017. Red Nose Day is a worldwide initiative that strives to end child poverty. The concept was launched in 1985 by Comic Relief, led by movie writer/ director Richard Curtis. The funds raised through the sales of red noses are used to fund projects that aid disadvantaged children across the globe. These projects ensure the safety, education, and empowerment of these children. These projects span from all 50 states to the poorest communities in Latin America, Asia, and Africa. In the last 25 years, Red Nose Day has raised over $1 billion worldwide and has impacted over 2 million children’s’ lives!
We bought more than 600 noses for the state of Florida and everyone had fun while giving back! We were not clowning around!
The Cushman & Wakefield Florida team is committed to giving back to those in need in our communities and around the world. In honor of Cushman & Wakefield’s Centennial, Cushman & Wakefield in Florida will be highlighting employees/initiatives giving back throughout the state. Our goal is to spotlight 100 examples of giving back in 2017.
