Trimble-Junction Ventures Begins Complete Facelift of R&D Campus in San Jose

Cushman & Wakefield to Lead Leasing Efforts for Trimble Tech in San Jose

Earlier in May, Trimble-Junction Ventures announced the creation of Trimble Tech, a two building research and development campus located in the northwest quadrant of East Trimble Road and Junction Avenue in San Jose. Trimble – Junction Ventures recently selected Cushman & Wakefield’s Silicon Valley office to lease the 176,000 square foot asset.

When completed in the third quarter of 2017, Trimble Tech will have transformed two existing buildings into a state-of-the-art, employee-centric work space featuring full amenities – meeting the current needs of Silicon Valley’s top companies.

Trimble Tech will boast a completely new façade, new, energy efficient glass, an outdoor amenity area, environmentally friendly landscaping, custom-designed entrance feature, a pedestrian-friendly interior lobby and a full-service refreshment center. Trimble Tech is also situated within close proximity to San Jose International Airport and conveniently located near numerous hotels, retail and dining options.
