She draws on her position, talents and experience to also assist young or new aspiring real estate professionals. She was the founding Chair of the BOMA San Francisco Foundation, a 501C3 that was formed to promote commercial real estate workforce development through funding curriculum development in the local colleges and universities. The Foundation, in its 7th year, has been instrumental in several areas including raising over $900,000 to provide support to many programs. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the San Mateo Police Athletic League and was instrumental in forming a scholarship program for troubled youth. As a result of her dedicated effort, she is now an Honorary Board Member.

Prior to her current role, Sandra had also served in another leading capacity as Cushman & Wakefield’s Chief Operating Officer for San Francisco where she was responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the firm’s San Francisco office including all service lines, business development, client care and recruitment. In that role and with her prior success, Sandra also received recognition as a San Francisco Business Times Influential Women in Business in 2015.
