Nicole Key and Tyler Ring-Murdaca Join Cushman & Wakefield
Working out of the Central Valley/Stockton office, Nicole Key and Tyler Ring-Murdaca have joined Cushman & Wakefield NorCal. The two seasoned retail brokers will be leading all retail sales & leasing and business development efforts for the Central Valley Retail Team, located at 3255 W. March Lane, Suite 230, Stockton, CA 95219.
Managing Director Nicole Key is an accomplished sales and retail leasing leader with extensive expertise in contract negotiation/preparation, financial analysis and valuation, entitlement and business development.
Most recently, Nicole was a Partner and Vice President for Northgate Commercial Real Estate in Stockton, CA. Specializing in investment sales and leasing for retail and office properties, she was involved with over $75,000,000 in sales transactions for approximately 1,300,000 square feet nationwide. Her responsibilities also included tenant representation for corporate and franchise national brands, managing transaction execution and escrow and overseeing an office staff of 20 employees and independent contractors.
Nicole has nearly a decade of diverse business experience and her past titles include Property Manager, and Financial Representative. A resident of Stockton, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, CA.
Director Tyler Ring-Murdaca brings a broad retail leasing and tenant representation background with her. She has previously led all leasing aspects for more than 20 retail and land properties throughout the Central Valley.
Tyler also managed all lease transactions for a myriad of national accounts, conducted market analysis, negotiated leases and spearheaded all facets of successful property marketing.
Her professional background has given her eclectic experience in commercial real estate research, cold calling, retail site selection and tour packages for national and regional brands. She lives in Stockton and earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of the Pacific.
