Two in Minneapolis named Rising Young Professionals by Finance & Commerce

Finance & Commerce, the Minneapolis-based business publication, has named Senior Property Manager Ashley Lair and Director Hudson Brothen, both of Cushman & Wakefield’s Minneapolis-St. Paul office, to its inaugural class of Rising Young Professionals.

The honor is given to young stars of business who have demonstrated leadership in their industries and made positive impacts in their communities.

As a Senior Property Manager, Ashley oversees two Class A suburban office properties totaling just over 500,000 square feet. Her assignments, Crescent Ridge I in Minnetonka and 505 Waterford in Plymouth, house more than 40 tenants in all.

Despite less than a decade of experience, Ashley is responsible for leading teams for each of the two properties, including engineers, administrative assistants, accounting teams and more. She works closely with brokers from each property to craft the buildings’ brand and help leasing efforts to keep the properties occupied.

Hudson is a member of a six-broker industrial leasing and sales team at Cushman & Wakefield. He’s established himself as a vital part of the group and a true rising star in the commercial real estate world. The team is one of the busiest in the state, having been ranked on Real Estate Forum’s list of Top 20 producing industrial teams in both 2015 and 2017. The team closes more than 100 transactions per year, typically averaging somewhere around 2 million square feet (sf) of completed deals.

Congratulations to both Hudson and Ashley! The two will be honored at a special event June 28. Tickets are available here.
