The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) has recognized Cushman & Wakefield’s Minneapolis-St. Paul Asset Services Team for outstanding work and management excellence at 8200 Tower at Normandale Lake Office Park, a marquee asset in the suburban Minneapolis-St. Paul market.
The Cushman & Wakefield-managed property was honored at The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Awards for 2018, considered the industry’s highest recognition in commercial real estate management and operations. Properties are judged on all facets of operations, from community involvement to tenant relations, site management, and environmental and green policies and procedures.
8200 Tower is the newest building at Normandale Lake Office Park. Constructed in 2009, the 275,000-square-foot office building is 97 percent occupied and has distinguished features including a two-story atrium and reflective blue glass. The building was awarded LEED Gold certification and has an ENERGY STAR® rating of 99 due to its superior operating efficiency. Superior tenant and vendor relationships are key to the 8200 Tower management team’s success in delivering exceptional service to ownership.
