Among the highlights:
- The Twin Cities is home to 1.18 million square feet (msf) of co-working space, nearly 47 percent of which is housed in Class A office properties, and we’re not likely to stop at that number in 2019.
- More than half (51 percent) of the co-working space in our market is provided by the three largest companies — WeWork, Regus and Novel Coworking.
- The co-working market has nearly doubled since 2017 alone. Back then, the market had just under 638,000 sf.
