Anne-Marie Cookson, director of portfolio administration in the Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Cushman & Wakefield, has been named one of the most influential women in the Twin Cities business landscape.
Finance & Commerce named Anne-Marie among its 2018 “Top Women in Finance,” a list of women considered influential in the business world as well as in their communities.
Anne-Marie made the list on the strength of her nearly three decades in the industry, in marketing and portfolio management. She’s been with the Minneapolis-St. Paul office for two stints totaling more than a decade, and today oversees the portfolios of clients including Buffalo Wild Wings and Red Robin, both of which have hundreds of restaurants nationwide and lease obligations in the billions of dollars.
Outside of work, Anne-Marie is a frequent volunteer for causes that help less fortunate families. Among her many volunteer activities, she has been on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit aiding young adults with Autism spectrum disorder, as well as dedicating time to the Association for the U.S. Army, which provides benefits to military veterans and their families.
