The Cushman & Wakefield Apprenticeship programme is a great example of a firm building diversity into their recruitment pipeline, to help to create a more diverse future workforce. Embracing diversity also helps all of our colleagues to feel supported, improving our retention rate and creating a happier, balanced workforce! We have a long way to go to achieve true diversity in Real Estate, but it is so important that we all work together to embrace this change through initiatives such as Cushman & Wakefield’s Inspire programme.
