ROLE: International Partner, Head of Residential, London
NUMBERS OF YEARS AT C&W: Ten years having joined Cushman & Wakefield as a graduate.
KEY ASSIGNMENTS: I look after the residential teams across the UK, with a focus on growing the prominence of the sector in key markets and skill lines. I’m also a member of our London Markets Board and work on day to day project work for key clients including landowners and developers.
INTERESTING FACTS: I was Estates Gazette Young Property Professional of the Year in 2015 and I am the Residential Development Agent’s Society Chair during 2017.
Outside of work I support Habitat for Humanity through RDAS Global Volunteering trip to Cambodia and have a love of interior design and architecture.
WHY DOES DIVERSITY MATTER?: Diversity brings different perspectives, experiences and working styles which are vital in moving our business forward, and making sure we adapt to the fast changing environment we live in.
I think it’s hugely important that we have a broad range of role models for our new talent to look up to and connect with. To get the best out of our teams, everyone must feel free to be themselves without having to fit the same old mould.
