Role: Partner, Shopping Centre Leasing, London
Number of Years at Cushman & Wakefield: Over 11 years having joined Cushman & Wakefield as a fresh faced graduate.
Key Assignments: I work on creating retail destinations that change the way people shop and towns and cities function, like the new ultimate destination, Battersea Power Station. I also sit on the Retail strategy group looking at the future of retail and trying to predict future trends and technology which will have a huge impact on our clients and consumers alike.
Interesting Facts: I won the Women of the Future Award for Real Estate, Infrastructure and Construction award. This was the proudest moment of my career so far, closely followed by becoming the youngest ever female partner at Cushman & Wakefield. I have two little girls aged 2 and 3 months- both are in training to become the ultimate feminists!
Why does diversity at Cushman & Wakefield matter to you? Because I don’t think an XY chromosome should define your potential.
