Three of C&W’s Dallas Professionals Land on D CEO’s Dallas 500

By Meg Costa

D CEO’s annual Dallas 500, a list of the DFW’s most powerful business leaders, has once again honored several Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas professionals.

Managing Principal Ran Holman is among the region’s six top Commercial Real Estate Executives, and two of the top 12 brokers were from Cushman & Wakefield: Randy Cooper, Vice Chairman in the Office Tenant Representation group; and Beth Lambert, Executive Managing Director in the Capital Markets group. They join other local honorees from a broad range of industries, including Jerry Jones, Lyda Hill and Dean Fearing.

According to D CEO Editor Christine Perez, the Dallas 500 play a pivotal role in shaping their industries and the North Texas economy. Here, you can get to know a bit more about Cushman & Wakefield’s very own Dallas 500 luminaries:

Randy Cooper

First ride: “A 1974 Chevy Blazer.”

Favorite movie: “Jaws.”

Ran Holman

Beth Lambert

What I’d tell an 18-year-old me: “Plan the work before you work the plan.”

Fun fact: “I worked out with the New Orleans Saints football team during spring training, which was held at my alma mater.”
