It was a milestone worth celebrating in a big way, and that’s what the Dallas office of Cushman & Wakefield did last week, welcoming more than 200 clients and guests to a Nov. 2 centennial celebration at its McKinney & Olive office.
Corporate executives in Dallas to mark the special occasion included Tod Lickerman, Chief Executive Americas; Shawn Mobley, East Region President; and Mike Smith, Managing Principal, San Diego and Mexico. Also on hand was celebrity chef Dean Fearing, whose catering firm provided the delectable hors d’oeuvres.
Cushman & Wakefield was formed in New York City on Oct. 31, 1917 by J. Clydesdale Cushman and Bernard Wakefield. Today, the company has 48,000 employees worldwide and generates about $5 billion in annual revenue.
“Cushman & Wakefield is unique in that it has an outstanding heritage of 100 years, and at the same time is a nimble, creative, and entrepreneurial global firm,” said Ran Holman, Managing Principal in Dallas. “We stand on the shoulders of the firm’s great accomplishments of the last 100 years, and are incredibly well-positioned for the future.”
