We’re proud to announce that Natalie Snyder Bode, Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Leasing Tenant Representation group, is the 2018 recipient of the Outstanding New Member award from CREW Dallas, the commercial real estate industry’s leading organization for women. Natalie received the award at a CREW awards luncheon held Dec. 7.
The Outstanding New Member award is given to a stand-out first-year member who is already demonstrating superior contribution to the organization. The group looks for a new member who has taken the initiative to accept significant tasks and a leadership role and has quickly become an integral part of the organization.
“Receiving the CREW Outstanding New Member Award caught me completely by surprise,” Natalie said. “I was touched that this organization recognized my efforts—as well as our Programs Committee’s efforts—to further the professional growth of our members. Among other reasons, I joined CREW for business development opportunities, networking and the chance to attend events that would further my knowledge on the issues impacting our city and industry.”
To her fellow brokers, it’s no surprise that Natalie has been honored for her leadership and enthusiasm in CREW.
“Natalie became heavily involved in CREW Dallas immediately after joining the group,” said Beth Lambert, Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield and a member of CREW. “She took on a significant role within the programs initiative bringing her ideas, contacts, and ‘make-it-happen’ approach to an incredibly successful year. Natalie’s vibrant energy and willingness to fully engage made her a frequent go-to for many opportunities within the organization. It was no surprise that CREW Dallas acknowledged her efforts so appropriately with the Outstanding New Member award.”
Natalie entered the commercial real estate industry more than 10 years ago and has since emerged as a strategic partner and industry expert for local and national clients. She has extensive experience with corporate headquarters relocations, lease renewals, lease restructuring, acquisitions, dispositions and consulting.
Natalie joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2015. Throughout her career, she has closed more than 200 transactions totaling more than 3 million square feet. A few of her notable clients include JDA Software, Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation and the CMI Group.
In addition to her work with CREW, Natalie is also passionate about being a leader at work and in her community. For the past two years, she served as a mentor for the Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership program and on the Bob Edge Scholarship Committee at Cushman & Wakefield. Outside of the office, she is involved in a variety of organizations, including CoreNet Global, where she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Chapter.
CREW Dallas is a leading organization for decision-making executive women, providing opportunities for networking, education, leadership development and community involvement. With an average membership of 350 each year, CREW Dallas is the local chapter of CREW Network, which works to transform the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally, showcasing member expertise and successes and serving as a resource to its members and the industry.
