Cushman & Wakefield Wins Big at Dallas BOMA Awards

The Asset Services team in Dallas walked away big winners at BOMA’s prestigious Lone Star Awards for 2018. Jessica Beltran was named Assistant Property Manager of the Year. She serves as Assistant Manager for Urban Towers, an 849,000-square-foot high-rise campus in Las Colinas. Bennie Miles was named Chief Engineer of the Year. The nearly 10-year veteran with Cushman & Wakefield serves as Chief Engineer of Riverside Commons, a 480,000-square-foot complex in Irving.

Additionally, three team members were honored as finalists: Lynne Hetimanek and Michelle Rochester, Senior Property Manager/Portfolio Manager of the Year, and Doug Simmer, Building Engineer of the Year.

“The recognition from BOMA is very meaningful to us, as we are passionate about providing best-in-class service,” said Christy Means, Managing Director of Asset Services in Dallas. “This across-the-board commitment has helped us win more than 1 million square feet of new property management assignments in recent months.”
