Each spring, D CEO Magazine honors Dallas’ most influential commercial real estate professionals with its Power Brokers list. To qualify, brokers must be among their firm’s top 20 percent in terms of revenue generation. We’re proud to announce that 21 Cushman & Wakefield brokers achieved this prestigious honor for 2018:

Commercial Property Sales: Jud Clements and Scot Farber

Industrial Tenant Representation: Dan Cook, David Eseke and Greg Lance

Industrial Project Leasing: Kurt Griffin and Nathan Orbin

Office Project Leasing: Johnny Johnson, Clint Madison, Lauren Napper, Matt Schendle, Trey Smith and Chris Taylor

Office Tenant Representation: Cribb Altman, Robbie Baty, Randy Cooper, Matt Heidelbaugh, Rick Hughes, Bill McClung, Craig Wilson and Mike Wyatt

“At Cushman & Wakefield, our clients are at the center of everything we do,” said Ran Holman, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Dallas office. “We are proud of the 21 professionals who have been acknowledged by D CEO as ‘Power Brokers’, as their accomplishments are emblematic of exceptional levels of client service.”

The Power Brokers list is based on a D CEO survey sent each year to 84 North Texas commercial real estate firms that employ a total of 2,200 brokers. Professionals who made the Power Brokers list were recognized in the magazine’s March issue and celebrated at a private event.
