Dallas Skyline (2)Each year, D CEO Magazine honors the region’s most influential commercial real estate professionals through its Power Brokers program, which is based on individual production for the previous year. We’re proud to announce that 20 Cushman & Wakefield brokers achieved this prestigious designation for 2017:

Commercial Property Sales: Randy Baird, Jud Clements, Scot Farber, and Beth Lambert.

Industrial Tenant Representation: Mark Collins

Office Project Leasing: John Fancher, Rodney Helm, Matt Schendle, Trey Smith, and Chris Taylor

Office Tenant Representation: Cribb Altman, Robbie Baty, Dean Collins, Randy Cooper, Matt Heidelbaugh, Rick Hughes, Greg Lance, Bill McClung, Craig Wilson, and Mike Wyatt.

Cushman & Wakefield is honored to have these 20 brokers achieve D CEO Power Broker status, said Ran Holman, managing principal and DFW market leader. “Our folks work exceptionally hard to provide exceptional results for our clients and customers,” he said. “This recognition is emblematic of their commitment to service. Our mantra is ‘excellence in every seat,’ and these folks certainly embody that.”

Executives at 70 North Texas firms employing 1,590 brokers participated in D CEO’s annual survey. Professionals who made the Power Brokers list were recognized in the magazine’s March issue and celebrated at a private event held in mid-February.
