By: Nolan Ashton, Capital Markets – Office & Industrial

As South End continues to transform, members of the community and organizations such as Charlotte Center City Partners and Charlotte Planning Department have set out to guide growth and development through 2040 and beyond. The community-driven group is in the process of establishing the South End Vision Plan, which will provide a refreshed and compelling vision. Featuring  urban design guidelines, strategies, and tools, the plan will help South End achieve high-quality development while preserving its character. The South End Vision Plan will be presented for adoption by City Council in Q2 2018.
