CoreNet Mega Event Draws More Than 350 CRE Executives

This year’s CoreNet Mega Event broke registration records with close to 350 real estate executives from North and South Carolina in attendance. Thriving in an Era of CRE Transformation, Better Ideas, Faster was the focus of this year’s annual event. Each day corporate real estate executives embrace the unrelenting challenge of delivering continuous improvement to their organization. In our on-demand world, successful integration of technology is mandatory to achieve success.

Jeremy Gutsche, an award-winning innovation expert and Founder of TrendHunter.com, lead the event with an interactive and dynamic keynote on Innovation and how to be better, faster. Additional speakers included heads of real estate from Duke Energy, Novant Health and Dimensional Fund Advisors and educated constituents on topics ranging from Diversity & Inclusion to what’s next in tech in real estate. We couldn’t have had a better team put together such an amazing event for our 10th anniversary.

John Christenbury serves as a strategic advisor to office  tenants, lowering real estate costs and occupancy risks, while maximizing workplace flexibility and productivity. He has a specific focus and  understanding of the burgeoning financial technology scene in Charlotte, and his clients find the knowledge of their industry as an added resource to real estate experience. John is the 2019 Carolinas CoreNet Board Member and Programs Chair, and also sits on the Cushman & Wakefield National Emerging Technology Advisory Board.
