30-year veteran brings strong leadership and a client-centered approach
Cushman & Wakefield announced that Joe Fallon has been named Executive Managing Director and New England Market Leader, which includes Boston, Hartford and Manchester, New Hampshire. Luis Alvarado has decided to leave the firm and Cushman & Wakefield wishes him well.
Prior to Cushman & Wakefield (formerly DTZ), Mr. Fallon was the Regional Managing Principal of DTZ (formerly Cassidy Turley) in Boston, and a Founding Partner and Managing Partner of FHO Partners.
Mr. Fallon has over 30 years’ experience in representing both landlords and corporations for both leasing and sales transactions. His focus has been in various submarkets of Boston and he has executed deals throughout Greater Boston and many metropolitan areas throughout the United States and the world. In 2012, Mr. Fallon was named Broker of the Year by the Commercial Broker Association (CBA) and in 2013/2014 he was the number one broker at Cassidy Turley/DTZ.

The new Cushman & Wakefield is led by Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Brett White and Global President Tod Lickerman. The company is majority owned by an investor group led by TPG, PAG, and OTPP.
