In recent years, Georgia has proven itself to be the Hollywood of the South. With 320 film and TV productions shot in Georgia in 2017, an increasing number of movie studios are seeking commercial real estate space. Currently, there is more than 1.9 million square feet of stage space and approximately 600,000 square feet of office and production space in Atlanta alone.
