John O’Neill, Regional Managing Principal, has been named one of Atlanta’s 500 Most Powerful Leaders by Atlanta Magazine. The inaugural list honors the city’s most influential people—from artists to chefs to philanthropists to sports coaches and corporate CEOs. He was previously recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the city’s Most Admired CEOs. John oversees Cushman & Wakefield’s East Region, including Charlotte, Raleigh and Nashville and our Florida markets, as well as the South Central geography (Kansas City, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, and St. Louis.) He is also currently the President of the Rotary Club of Atlanta.
John is a graduate of Leadership Atlanta and active with the following organizations: Vice-Chair, Atlanta Police Foundation; Board member: Metro Atlanta Chamber, Woodruff Arts Center, Rotary Club of Atlanta, Terry College of Business Alumni Board and Zoo Atlanta Leadership Council; Past President of Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors; former Chairman of the Board and current Advisory Board member, Chastain Park Conservancy.
