Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Practice Group has expanded its team with the recent addition of Dillon Mabrey as an Associate. Dillon, an Atlanta native, recently graduated from the University of Mississippi with marketing degree and an emphasis in real estate. Last summer, he was a leasing intern at
RCG Ventures, where he helped to market more than 100 vacant retail spaces. The recent hire comes shortly after Brandon Wallace, Senior Director, joined Cushman & Wakefield to co-lead the team alongside George Olmstead.
Recently, the team secured two leases totaling 93,965 square feet at Doctors Center I-III in Atlanta, including a 58,558-square-foot lease renewal and an 18,339-square-foot expansion with Resurgens Orthopaedics. A multi-million dollar renovation is planned at the property, and is scheduled to begin in the second half of this year.
The Health Practice Team offers real estate services to healthcare systems, providers and investors through a platform bolstered by a combined more than 35 year track-record. For more information, click here.
