Real Estate Forum has named Josh Goldfarb, Mike Kemether, Marc Robinson and Chris Spain of Cushman & Wakefield to its annual list of top multifamily brokers. The team, based in Atlanta, came in No. 1 in total deals closed (234 deals), total units sold (47,228 units) and total sales volume ($3.8 billion) from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017.
“Even with industrial taking the limelight recently, multifamily remains the biggest-ticket investment across the CRE spectrum,” said Real Estate Forum. “With buyers ranging from high-net worth and local players to institutional investors, and product running the gamut from garden apartments to downtown highrises, it’s little wonder that sales of significant multifamily assets exceeded $144 billion between July 1, 2016 and June 30 of this year, according to Real Capital Analytics.”
