Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office has officially moved to 1180 Peachtree, a Class A building located in the heart of Atlanta’s Midtown submarket. The move consolidates two offices into one location, allowing for better collaboration and service to our clients. The one-of-a-kind space, designed by Gensler, includes a coffee hub/bar, a variety of collaboration space and cutting edge design and technology designed to drive creativity and a culture of high performance.
Hines developed the 41-story building, which includes 670,000 square feet of Class A office space and 27,431 square feet of retail space. Delivered in 2006, 1180 Peachtree was the first high-rise office building in the world to be pre-certified LEED-CS Silver, and an acre of the site is devoted to public spaces, plazas and gardens.
