The redevelopment will add 172,000 square feet of ‘wired’ office space to the heart of Midtown, bringing Colony Square’s total office square footage to 892,000 square feet, including two existing office towers, which are leased by Cushman & Wakefield. To stay a step ahead of the rapid pace of technological change impacting the office sector, North American Properties and Lionstone Investments partnered with WiredScore to bring a high-tech digital experience to tenants and guests at this amenity-rich hub. During the renovation process, Colony Square achieved Platinum Wired Certification, the highest rating possible for the international connectivity rating platform, highlighting investments that are at the core of the tenant experience.
With this renovation, Colony Square is elevating the tenant experience by focusing on what drives the most value for today’s businesses: digital amenities and a high-tech work environment. From the new Digital Concierge program to its Platinum Wired Certification, this project is delivering an exceptional level of service to create a seamless environment for productivity and raise the bar for Atlanta’s office sector.
The Colony Square redevelopment has earned a Wired Certified Platinum designation for premier digital infrastructure, offering tenants access to seven high-speed fiber providers and a variety of features, including protected telecom equipment and multiple points of entry to mitigate the risk of an internet outage. The property’s digital readiness has attracted tech savvy tenants including WebMD, SaaS company ServiceNow, and flexible office providers WeWork and Spaces.

In addition to WiredScore, Colony Square offers amenities for office tenants and residents including a state-of-the-art gym and fitness facility equipped with Peloton Cycles at C Fit and a bike concierge service to add comfort and convenience to green commuters.
At the street level, guests will be treated to more than a dozen new culinary vendors at the Main & Main food hall and several first-to-market, full-service restaurants, as well as the existing dining options including Establishment’s cocktail lounge, 5Church’s modern American offering, and favorite Chick-fil-a. Deluxe theatre iPic has also selected Colony Square as the site of its first location in Georgia.
