The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics released its most recent job numbers last Friday, and while Atlanta’s employment was flat in April the recent trend has been exceptionally positive. Between March 2016 and March 2017, Atlanta added more non-farm and office-using jobs than during any 12-month period since the 1990s. Having fully recovered and then some, Atlanta now has 19 percent more office-using jobs than it did at its last peak (in late 2007).
