Shannon serves as the Director of the Americas Portfolio Services Center, where she is the Operations lead for 700+ associates who work with 100+ account teams and local brokerage professionals to provide clients with Strategic Consulting, Transaction Management, Project & Development Services, Portfolio Administration, and Integrated Facilities Management services. She serves as member of the PSC’s Executive Leadership Team, and also serves on the global steering committee for PSC’s in EMEA and APAC to share best practices and create global collaboration.
