Cushman & Wakefield focuses on providing management solutions throughout the lifecycle of office real estate assets, from high rise, Class A office towers to suburban business parks. We currently manage more than 225 million square feet of office space on behalf of owners across the United States alone.
Our management professionals lead the industry with extensive knowledge and tenure. Our teams study market trends and gauge industry performance by collecting data through BOMA International’s most powerful business tool, Office Experience Exchange Report (EER). It provides comprehensive and accurate benchmarking statistics, and it’s available right at your fingertips. Office EER provides income and expense information to help gauge an asset’s financial performance, develop better cost saving initiatives, and much more.
The Office EER provides additional leverage to empower our teams to minimize operating costs, improve asset value, and enhance the tenant experience. It can be used not only to ensure we continue to grow at market pace, but provide valuable insight to owners for innovative ways to exceed the broad national and individual market data.
