Xinyi oversees China direct real estate investment and development projects in the Bay Area and the Los Angeles Area. Xinyi is a licensed architect who has managed the full implementation lifecycle from pre-design to substantial completion work. She is a LEED Accredited Professional since 2008. Xinyi obtained her Real Estate study from University of California, Berkeley, Masters of Business Administration program (MBA). With architecture bachelor and master degrees, real estate knowledge and fluency in Chinese language and culture, Xinyi supports teams in delivering the highest possible value to our clients.
Tell us about your story. How did you come to Cushman & Wakefield? What do you do?
I am responsible for supporting and driving new business opportunities with Chinese investor and occupier clients in the Bay Area and Los Angeles. My role specifically enables Cushman & Wakefield to connect effectively and consistently with this expanding segment of the investor and occupier communities.
