Celebrating Black History Month 2019 – Elyse Johnson Šantić

Elyse A. Johnson Šantić, Assoc. AIA, is Head of PDS Operations, Americas and Chair of BUILD. She joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 as the Global Occupier Services (GOS) Account Director of the project management and support staff located throughout North America providing Project Management services to a global financial institution. Currently, Elyse is responsible for the development and operation of PDS’ market leading operating model for the delivery of capital projects for Cushman & Wakefield’s clients, and leads the PDS team to achieve consistency and efficiency.  She champions the development and delivery of initiatives to provide outstanding customer service and customer advocacy, operational effectiveness and control, management of risk, training and mentoring, business continuity, governance and collaboration/cross-selling with other Cushman & Wakefield service lines.

Elyse is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where she received a Bachelor of Architecture in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Building Science.  She is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects, an Associate Member of the Urban Land Institute, a Member of the Project Management Institute and a Member of the National Association of Professional Women.  She has served as a Council Member of the New York City Women Building Council of Habitat for Humanity and a Board Member of the Association of Real Estate Women.
